The company controller for processing your data is HOLA SL (hereinafter, “HOLA!”), which is a legal Spanish entity with registered office address at C/ Miguel Angel 1, 28010 Madrid ( España) with VAT number ESB86326360.

This means that HOLA! is responsible for deciding how it holds and uses your personal data. As a part of any colleague selection, HOLA! collects and processes personal data in relation to job candidates, in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, “GDPR”).
What information does HOLA! collect?
In relation to your application process, HOLA! will collect some information about you, which includes:
- your name and surname;
- your address;
- your email address and telephone number;
- your previous jobs information and
- any additional information you have freely chosen to provide.
HOLA! may collect this information in a variety of ways, in particular, from the following sources:
- you, the candidate;
- your named referees;
- from publicly accessible sources (e.g. LinkedIn)
Why does HOLA! process your personal data?
HOLA! will need to process your data in order to take steps at your candidacy prior to entering a contract with you. HOLA! may also need to process your data to enter into a contract with you in a future.
HOLA! will use your personal data in order to a assess your skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role, to carry out background and reference checks, where applicable, to communicate with you about a recruitment process and in order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal shall not be assigned to any third parties unless you provide us with your prior written consent, unless it is necessary due to a legal obligation or required by an authority.
HOLA! will not share your data with any other parties, and neither will transfer your data outside Spain or European Economic Area.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
In this regard, HOLA! informs you that your personal data will be stored in a database under the responsibility of HOLA! and this is based on the consent you have given us when submitting your application. You also have the right to revoke your consent at any time, at the postal and e-mail address given below in this Privacy Policy.
For how long does HOLA collect your data?
If the characteristics of your application fit HOLA!’s profile, HOLA! will contact you to initiate a selection process. Otherwise, HOLA! will keep your information in its database for a period of one hundred and eighty days (180) days in case another opportunity arises in the future.
In this sense, your candidate profile will automatically be deleted from HOLA!’s applicant system after you have sent your personal data, unless you authorize us to keep it for another one hundred and eighty day period.
What happens if you fail to provide your personal data?
If you fail to provide information when requested, which is necessary for HOLA! to consider your application, HOLA! will not be able to process your application successfully or at all. Nevertheless, you are not under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide your data to HOLA!
Does HOLA! comply with data protection principles?
HOLA! will comply with data protection law and principles, which means that your data will be used in a fair and transparent way. In this sense, your data will be collected only for valid purposes that HOLA! has clearly explained to you in this Privacy Policy and will not be used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.
What are your rights?
As a data subject you have the right to:
- access your data, which enables you to receive a copy of the personal information HOLA! holds about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it;
- rectification of your data, which enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected;
